We do not have to give you a refund if you change your mind about a purchase – so please choose carefully. Of course, if the product you have purchased is not fit for purpose (faulty) you need to let us know with in the 3 days once you have received the purchase. We will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Shipping returns.

To return your product, you need to email your purchased item details at info@adorefashions.co.nz. You will receive instructions on how and where to send.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service.
